Tolle Agentur von Anfang bis Ende. Ich war 1,5 Jahre lang Mieter. Während der gesamten Mietdauer, auch nach Ende (Rückgabe der Kaution), war das gesamte Team freundlich, zuvorkommend, reaktionsschnell, zuverlässig und professionell.

Dieses Unternehmen ist eine völlige Schande und hat keinerlei Respekt gegenüber seinen Mietern. Sie mieteten uns eine Wohnung voller Schimmel, versteckt unter einer Farbschicht. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass der Schimmel trotz täglichem Lüften bestehen blieb, wurde uns nur mit dem Vorwurf der Vernachlässigung der Wohnung entschuldigt. Von Anfang an hatten wir in dieser Wohnung ein Problem nach dem anderen. Wir haben alles versucht, um sie zu lösen: Dutzende E-Mails, Telefonanrufe, aber NICHTS hat funktioniert. Die Beantwortung von E-Mails dauert systematisch mehrere Wochen, was eine schnelle Lösung verhindert. Das Ergebnis? Lange Zeit keine Neuigkeiten. Und noch schlimmer: Sobald wir versuchen, uns zu verteidigen, brechen sie das Gespräch ab. Es ist respektlos und inakzeptabel.

Nur: - Richtung@ … - Sekretariat@… - Courtage@ …. - gerance@…. Aber kein wirklicher Kontakt. Sie wissen nicht, mit wem Sie sprechen sollen. Lediglich die Rezeptionistin bleibt freundlich und professionell. Ich habe E-Mails gesendet. Es ist fast 4 Wochen her und ich warte immer noch darauf, dass sich der technische Manager bei mir meldet!!!! Ich dachte, ich hätte es mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern zu tun. Aber ich bekomme sehr wenig Resonanz von ihnen. Es ist fast Gleichgültigkeit. Doch die 15.360 CHF, die sie jedes Jahr von mir erhalten, werden jeden Monat ausgezahlt!!! Vielleicht sollte ich darüber nachdenken, nächsten Monat meine Miete nicht zu zahlen. Vielleicht habe ich dann eine Chance, einen Manager ans Telefon zu bekommen!!! Ohnehin. Ich könnte ein Buch über alles schreiben, was mit ihnen nicht stimmt!! Es ist eine Schande, dass ich eine so negative Bewertung abgeben muss, wenn ich nicht nach dem Mond frage!!! Enttäuschend! Ich kann sie absolut nicht empfehlen.

No mercy, they are monsters, they are only there for the money, run away, do not trust this agency, do not send a rental application unless you are sure and certain about the apartment to take, and even then it does not give confidence to be a tenant with them, at your own risk

The staff were absolutely lovely, but regarding the rentals, I didn't expect to be ripped off to this extent: mold damage to my furniture and clothes, and no compensation whatsoever from the owner or the agency – a disgrace!
