Ich habe zusätzlich 35 Fr. bezahlt. für 2-5 Tage und musste zusätzlich 32,85 Fr. bezahlen. Für die Zölle. **Das ist es, was ich bezahlen muss, das weiß ich, aber aufgrund der Verzögerung beim Service bin ich im Moment mit nichts zufrieden! Und ja, es sind schon 6 Tage vergangen und mein Paket ist immer noch nicht in Zürich angekommen! Schrecklich.

Ein Stern ist zu viel. Ich nutze DHL Services Worldwide schon sehr lange, aber Zollikofen ist schrecklich, es ist einfach unerklärlich. Alle schreien und brüllen sich gegenseitig in irgendeiner seltsamen Sprache an (Serbisch, Mazedonisch, Albanisch?! Ich nehme an), sie haben keine Ahnung, wo die Pakete sind, die Frauen, die dort arbeiten, sind absolut schrecklich und ständig im Kampfmodus, man hat das Gefühl, sie würden einem gerne ins Gesicht schlagen. Der Ort sieht aus wie Zombieland, dreckig, unbeaufsichtigt. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass dieser ganze Betrieb vom CEO zum Kurierdienst umstrukturiert werden muss, und das werde ich offiziell an die Zentrale schreiben. Wenn sie nichts ändern, bin ich ganz sicher, dass alle meine Kunden und ich das Lieferunternehmen wechseln werden.

Ich habe eine Paketabholung bei DHL gebucht, um drei Schuhe, die ich bei Allbirds bestellt habe, zurückzusenden. Der Slot, den ich auswählen konnte, war zwischen 10 und 11 Uhr. Es ist niemand erschienen und ich habe keine Benachrichtigung erhalten. Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert hatte, wurde mir ein neues Abholfenster zwischen 14:00 und 17:00 Uhr mitgeteilt. Aber auch hier ist niemand aufgetaucht. Ich habe einen ganzen Tag auf sie gewartet und keine Benachrichtigung erhalten. Leider ist dies eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und ein schlechter Service

I dont give zero stars cause app doesnt let me. I contracted DHL to ship my personal belongings from spain to switzerland. • Slow paperwork with customs. You have to send everything by post (yes with the envelope and the stamp, no electronic way by 2023) and it takes a week to DHL to send the documents to the customs. • Tracking lies. You never get the promised delivery time you selected when you hired DHL. they just come without calling and only one attempt in morning (even the email you receive says it will receive it by end of day...). • When you call to reschedule your 1K "express" delivery they say they can only resend it the next day and without any specified time so you just have to wait for them till they appear, since they consider nobody has to go to work during the week or can ask for a free morning to get their stuff. So if you need to do an international shipment when moving to another country look elsewhere for your own good :)

Very fair courier. Used around 10 times now, and I feel like they deserve a good review, based on some experience. 9 times over 10 I had no problem at all. Once they broke the parcel... but the refund was efficient and fast. It costs more than DPD, but it's totally worth the extra price.
