Der erste telefonische Kontakt war sehr unangenehm. Wenn ich eine Frage zur Dellenbeseitigung am Kraftstofftank eines Fahrzeugs stelle und ein knappes „Ich weiß nicht“ von einem Unternehmen erhalte, das die Dellenbeseitigung als seine Fachkompetenz vermarktet, kommen mir Zweifel. Ehrlich gesagt ist das keine Art, mit Menschen umzugehen.
