Dieser Ort hat mich total überrascht, er hatte alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, und man musste nicht gerne warten oder etwas bestellen. Keine Bestellung und zurückgekommen, es gab dort im Laden eine hervorragende Auswahl. Und das Personal ist professionell und sehr kompetent. Ich war begeistert und habe diesen Laden sehr empfohlen. Nun, es hat eine Menge Dinge, wie wir es von Media Markt erwarten sollten. Aber um um Hilfe zu bitten, müssen wir warten, aber wenn ich „warten“ sage, dann heißt es wirklich warten ... Ich war dort etwa 40 Minuten und habe darauf gewartet, dass jemand freikommt, ich und noch mehr Leute, da ich sah, wie sie wegen des langen Wartens schon wütend waren ... Und ich hatte mit meinem Sohn ein 3-jähriges Baby, denn wie man es sich vorstellen kann, ist es schwer, so ein Baby so lange ruhig zu halten, am selben Ort und nur darauf wartend ... Meine Erfahrung dort war also wirklich schrecklich. Am Ende ging ich einfach mit einer Flasche Wasser zur Kasse und fragte, was ich wollte, und sie war wirklich nett und hat mir geholfen, aber es gibt einen Fall, den ich bezahlen muss, nicht um die Leute zu ärgern, die dort arbeiten, und dann bei den anderen anstehen, um zu bezahlen ... Und was ich wollte, hatte dieser Laden nicht ... das war das Kirshen oben auf dem Kuchen ...

Well equipped shop but not so friendly staff... I go in to look for a vacuum cleaner and go straight to the home category. I go to the cashier to look for help and two workers stopped motionless and point us to two other workers who were drinking coffee saying the colleague will come In the end I took the box by myself… thank you very much and goodbye, at least I give greeting

I bought some high end headphones on "sale", after the second day I noticed they were not working properly so I returned them to the store... The only solution they offered me involved an over 2 week wait as they declined any liability deriving me to the warranty of the manufacturer. They assured me, however, that if the former exchanged the headphones for new ones rather than repair them I would be fully reimbursed. After half a dozen trips and wasting several hours of my time they did not give me back a cent. In stead they handed me a giftcard with the phrase "take it or leave it..."

Utterly disappointed in the service I got in this store by the workers. I got attended by a worker that indicates me to go 40 km to Media Markt Biel in order to get the TV that i was looking for. The assured me that there were 5 in stock when in fact once i got to the Biel one 30 minutes later, the manager told me they have been sold out since the morning. The worker refused to call and make sure even if i insisted because it was too far for me. Fix your customer service team please.
