I've been trying to contact a company employee by phone for days, but my email hasn't been responded to. For the umpteenth time, I just get a busy signal after a recorded message—unacceptable customer service.

The solution is fine and can be recommended. In my case, the support was unfriendly on the phone. For this reason, and because I, as a service provider, rely on the manufacturer's/support team's assistance, I recommend evaluating a different product.
