Wir waren am 7. Februar zu siebent in einem praktisch vollen Restaurant. Die Kellner waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und effizient. Sogar der Hund bekam einen Wassernapf. Trotz des hohen Arbeitsvolumens hatte ich nie das Gefühl, gehetzt zu sein. Im Gegenteil, es herrschte ein Gefühl konzentrierter Aufmerksamkeit. Wir bekamen praktisch zeitgleich unser Essen. Auch küchentechnisch eine außergewöhnliche Leistung. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Pizzen genau so, wie sie sein sollten, und auch die Nudel- und Reisgerichte waren köstlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen!
