Scheint, dass dieser Shop ein totaler Betrug ist! Ich habe vor einem Monat eine Bestellung aufgegeben und seitdem die Produkte, für die ich bezahlt habe, nicht erhalten. Ich habe versucht, den Shop über Formular, E-Mail, WhatsApp, Instagram und Facebook zu kontaktieren, aber auf keinem dieser Kanäle wird geantwortet. Es handelt sich wahrscheinlich um einen Betrug.

Dank BS24 konnte ich mein Lieblingsparfüm ergattern, das leider vor Kurzem eingestellt wurde. Ich erkundigte mich auch nach dem aktuellen Lieferstatus und erhielt umgehend einen sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Rückruf. Das Parfüm kam gut verpackt an.

Don't buy from this website! I was completely ripped off. I bought an item that I never received. After two weeks, I called, and the head of the company told me that the item was no longer available and that it was their mistake. He offered me a refund or a similar item. This gentleman was very articulate and friendly. In short, I accepted. I received the new item, but the color was much darker than the original. So I returned the item, but they never sent me a return label. I had to pay the €20 shipping fee. For two weeks, my package has been in transit, and today I finally received it. So, back to square one, and to top it off, the powder is completely damaged even though it was well-protected. I've been chasing after the manager for weeks. He's stopped answering my calls. In short, this man made €60 off me. I received a powder in a thousand pieces that is nothing like what I ordered. Avoid this site.

Ordered and paid on September 8th, and still no delivery. The shop only responds by phone, ignores emails, and offers no written confirmation of refunds in case of non-delivery. They also demand a cancellation fee of CHF 50. Very unprofessional and dubious... Never again!

I contacted them via email and contact form because I wanted to buy a specific product. Finally, I called and was kindly called back. I then contacted them several more times and received immediate feedback. I can recommend the website, even though I didn't order the product.
