Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Der Laden ist sauber und sehr gut präsentiert. Dies gilt auch für die Schaufensterauslagen. Leider gibt es immer wieder Kunden, die eine 1 (von 1) Bewertung abgeben. Dies geschieht meist aus Frustration. Sie sehen nur den einen Fehler und nicht das ganze Bild. Ich habe bereits mehrere Rezensionen geschrieben; das Schlimmste ist 0,3 (von 1).

Ich möchte der Amavita Apotheke in Unterengstringen ein großes Kompliment machen! Insbesondere Frau S. Mathew hat mir mehrfach in schwierigen Situationen geholfen, immer mit großer Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit und Geduld. 🥰 Man merkt sofort, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Herz macht und sich wirklich die Zeit nimmt, die beste Lösung für ihre Kunden zu finden. Ihre kompetente Beratung hat mir mehrfach sehr weitergeholfen und mir immer das beruhigende Gefühl gegeben, in besten Händen zu sein. Eine Apotheke, in der man sich willkommen und verstanden fühlt. Since moving to Oberengstringen, the Amavita Pharmacy has been a reliable resource for me – for many years I always felt well-advised. Even during staff changes, I remained a regular customer because I trusted the location. Lately, however, I have unfortunately had repeated negative experiences with the new team. I didn't feel taken seriously and was particularly disappointed that my concern wasn't discussed discreetly, but rather in an inappropriately loud manner in front of the entire sales area. This made me feel disrespected – especially in a place where people often come with health or personal problems. When I tried to address this experience with objective and constructive feedback, the response was unprofessional. Instead, I was loudly reprimanded in front of other customers – with the statement that my perception was wrong. Furthermore, I found the body language of some employees (judging glances from above) inappropriate and lacking in empathy. I find this regrettable, because sensitivity, discretion, and social skills are particularly important in a pharmacy. I sincerely hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the quality of customer service – because I have always enjoyed being here.

Amavita pharmacy is superbly equipped. You never have to wait long, and the staff are always friendly. They also have a great Instagram page where they introduce their employees.
