Ich habe über Projekt Neptun einen neuen Monitor bei YOULAP bestellt. Der Prozess war einfach. Da es sich um einen neuen Monitortyp handelt, muss ich noch etwas warten, bis er kommt. Aber soweit sieht alles ok aus.

Ich habe bei Youlap einen Lenovo-Laptop bestellt. Der Artikel wurde auf der Website sehr gut beschrieben. Der Bestellvorgang war sehr einfach. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und alles kam in einwandfreiem Zustand an! Ich würde gerne wieder bestellen!

I found this company through an Instagram ad and was in for a surprise. And not a pleasant one… Be sure to read their terms and conditions. (especially https://shop.youlap.ch/return) No other shop I know of—and certainly no reputable one—has such unrealistic return policies (40% refund for cancellations BEFORE the item is shipped, only with a plea and approval from customer service…). On top of that, there are handling fees (20%, minimum CHF 80) for order changes, and so on… And the device hasn't even been delivered yet. If things are already starting like this, I wonder what it will be like if a warranty claim arises, etc. Customer goodwill is probably a foreign concept here; there will likely be fees. Quite audacious for a newer company that should be earning customer trust 😳
