Tolle Erfahrung mit der Pannenhilfe/Pannenhilfe! Das Auto hatte mitten in der Hauptverkehrszeit in Zürich eine Panne und TCS war innerhalb von 20 Minuten zur Stelle, um zu helfen. Das Auto wurde in kürzester Zeit repariert und konnte zur weiteren Reparatur in die Werkstatt gebracht werden. Der Antwortende war sehr sachkundig und geduldig beim Testen mehrerer Lösungen. War vorher noch kein Mitglied bei der Pannenhilfe, bin aber jetzt froh, Mitglied im TCS zu sein!
Ich habe mit TCS immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber was nützt der Pannendienst, wenn er nicht immer zuverlässig ist? Am 17.01.2024 um 08:45 riefen wir die Pannenhilfe an und standen in der Telefonwarteschlange zur Abholung. Wir waren zu zweit und versuchten gleichzeitig eine französische und eine deutsche Durchwahl (man weiß ja nie), aber das Warten dauerte zu lange, sodass wir die deutsche Leitung nach 20 Minuten aufgaben. Nach 30 Minuten meldet sich jemand in der französischen Warteschlange und legt innerhalb einer Sekunde den Hörer auf. Am Ende haben wir den ergänzenden Pannenservice meiner Kfz-Versicherung in Anspruch genommen. Wenn Sie eine Panne haben, stellen Sie sicher, dass dies nicht der Fall ist, wenn die Nachtschicht an die Tagschicht übergeben wird!

For the past two years, I've been commuting 35km to work daily on my Stromer e-bike. After almost 12,000km, I got a flat tire today and was helped by a very friendly patrolman. He was very careful when attaching it to the bike rack and took great care in securing it. Many thanks to the very kind patrolman!
"TCS – so you can always move forward." Unfortunately, this slogan has taken on a completely different meaning for me. I am very disappointed with TCS customer service. I have breakdown cover through Total Mobil, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this mobility insurance. During a breakdown in Italy a few months ago, almost everything went wrong. I had to wait over two hours in the blazing sun for roadside assistance. My vehicle was then unloaded unprofessionally and jump-started incorrectly. The resulting costs currently amount to at least CHF 1,800.00. I understand that TCS has only limited influence over local towing services. Nevertheless, as an insured party, I would have expected at least some cooperation or support from TCS. Addendum from February 18, 2026: Dear TCS Team, I sent my information to the requested email address about 10 days ago. TCS has not yet contacted me. Update from February 27, 2026: In the meantime, the TCS contacted me and "reviewed" the case again. According to the TCS, I would have to prove the damage. I'm closing the case for myself. I'm also done with the TCS.
Excellent service as always at TCS Ostermundigen. The location is easily accessible, bright, and well-organized. I particularly appreciate their selection of useful products for cars and travel, whether for roadside assistance in Switzerland or abroad. They've truly thought of everything for the safety and peace of mind of their members. I've been a member of this organization for almost 40 years and I continue to trust them completely.
