Ich habe Informationen erhalten, dass es 2-3 Wochen dauern würde. Heute habe ich 2 Wochen gewartet und niemand hat den Kontakt zum ersten Termin aufgenommen. Sie wurden in dieser Zeit zweimal erinnert. Ich finde sie nicht zuverlässig.
Ich kann Steinform nicht empfehlen; So sehen ihre Silikonfugen nach der Montage aus. Sie kommen nie zu der Zeit an, die ich am Abend zuvor vereinbart habe. Die Arbeiter fragten mich sogar, was sie tun sollten. Wenn Sie eine Beschwerde haben und beispielsweise eine E-Mail über die inakzeptablen Gelenke senden, erhalten Sie keine Antwort. Kundenservice ist nicht vorhanden!
So sehen die von Steinform verkauften Keramikfliesen nach weniger als zwei Jahren in der Dusche aus. Wie jemand anderes bereits erwähnt hat, sind die kontaktierten Mitarbeiter inkompetent und ignorieren die Beschwerde einfach. Ich rate dringend davon ab, mit diesem Unternehmen Geschäfte zu machen.

The company was hired to install a granite countertop on our new kitchen (purchased from XXL Lutz). After scheduling an appointment two weeks in advance, Steinform failed to show up to install the countertop. The appointment was neither canceled by email nor by phone. The reason given was that Lutz hadn't responded to an email (sent a week prior), and therefore the order couldn't be processed. They claimed they had another week to investigate the problem and inform us about the canceled appointment. This company doesn't deserve a single star for its customer service. We called out an electrician and a plumber for nothing. The electrician had already been on site. I'm curious to see if I'll be reimbursed for his services. Update one day later: A phone call with Steinform revealed that a new appointment isn't possible for another week, as we learned the countertop isn't yet in production. How is that possible when the installation appointment was yesterday? Based on past experience, appointments requested in writing are emailed without any time specifications, even though the electrician was supposed to be on site. The glass front has also not been ordered since July 24, 2025, so this installation is also expected to be delayed until the end of August.
The workers were very unfriendly. Furthermore, the glass panels were incorrectly measured, and the joints were simply not drawn. Appointment information was practically never provided; the company would simply show up at the door. This company is definitely NOT recommended!
