Der Typ, der dort arbeitet, ist super unhöflich. Wollten Sie Lottoscheine kaufen, aber der Typ schrie uns an, weil wir uns die verschiedenen Lose angesehen hatten, und sagte, wir sollten gehen? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was sein Problem war, aber wir sind auf jeden Fall gegangen.

Die Preisschilder sind sehr schlecht organisiert und fehlen teilweise. Ich habe einen Saft gekauft, von dem ich dachte, dass er X kostet, da X der Preis auf dem Etikett unten auf dem Saft war, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass X der Preis für etwas Wasser war. Als ich mich höflich darüber beschwerte, war ein Mitarbeiter sehr unhöflich zu mir und sagte, ich solle die Preise lesen ... Ich sagte ihm, sie sollten die Etiketten auf vernünftige Weise anbringen. Sehr unhöfliches Personal. Ich werde nie wieder dorthin gehen.

I grew up in Richterswil and have been a customer at this Avec store for 20 years. The older employee with glasses snaps at customers and regularly makes nasty, unnecessary comments! She told me I shouldn't "close" the bread compartment, that it closes automatically, and shouted this angrily across the entire store! The same goes for the dark-haired colleague with glasses. I wanted to check the price of the charger, and then a small piece fell off the stand, so I couldn't put it back... he snapped at me: "Never do that again!"... Absolutely unacceptable. I handed him the charger and left. Dear Avec employees: the customer is king!!! Otherwise, find a job without people! You're driving away long-time customers – today was definitely my last visit!

A lovely, clean Avec supermarket right next to the train station in Richterswil. They offer fresh, regional products. Generous opening hours and parking in front of the store. Friendly staff.
