Very unfriendly... Very slow... Unacceptable! They said it was their fault they were so slow because everyone calls so often! Unprofessional :-(
After founding three companies in Zug, I will not start another one in the canton. Unfortunately, the advice I received was very unfriendly. The authorities' communication was emotional (e.g., with exclamation marks in emails, agitated on the phone) – very unprofessional. I only ever receive partial information. My inquiries are not answered. Very, very tedious. I won't put up with this again. In Zurich, it was completely different: fast, clear, competent!
