Ich war im Sommer dort und David hat mir geholfen War unglaublich! Ich habe Skier für einen Morgen auf dem Gletscher gemietet und es waren tolle Skier und ich habe ein E-Mountainbike gemietet – Trek – auch großartig. Er konnte nicht genug tun, um all meine Abenteuer in Zermatt außerhalb der Saison fantastisch zu machen. Karten …Routen …Tipps …tolle Ausrüstung. Dies war das Geschäft gegenüber dem Bahnhof und dem Tourismusbüro. Ich bin im Winter für einen Kurztrip zurück und werde auf jeden Fall vorbeikommen, um „Hallo“ zu sagen.

Wir leihen unsere Ski immer bei Bayard in Sunnegga – das ist einfach der einfachste Start in einen Skitag. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles läuft effizient, auch wenn viel los ist. Claudio kümmert sich jedes Mal großartig um uns. Er merkt sich unsere Vorlieben, sorgt dafür, dass alles perfekt passt und erledigt alles mit ruhiger Professionalität. Toller Service von David! Was Dave tut, fühlt sich wie Magie an. Er hat meine Skischuhe perfekt angepasst und weiß offensichtlich genau, was er tut. Sehr professionell, tolle Beratung und Liebe zum Detail. Dank ihm passen meine Stiefel jetzt perfekt. Ich kann David nur wärmstens empfehlen, er ist zu 100 % der richtige Ansprechpartner, wenn es um die Anpassung von Stiefeln oder die Anpassung vorhandener Stiefel geht.

Claudio at the Sunnegga shop was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He helped me over the phone weeks before my arrival and during our week stay in Zermatt. Mikkel was also super helpful getting us fitted in our boots. Superb operation. They made our ski trip easy. I would give them more stars if I could. Thanks gentlemen, you ROCK! The team over at the bigger store were also helpful and kind. My kids rented snow boarding gear from them. Denis was great at getting them outfitted and on their way. Much appreciation from us.

Wanted to buy some unique ski clothes and Bayard has the exclusive for The Mountain Studio, a very cool supplier of high end quality ski clothing. It’s already “end of season” So not all styles and colours are available, however with the help of David I found what I was looking for in my size and I ended up with an outstanding ski jacket and all Mountain Studio stuff is 25% off. David is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the shopping fun.
