Große Auswahl an Schuhen.
Sebastian is a great employee who set up our rentals for the week. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Boots skis and poles fit perfectly on the first try and I am looking into possibly buying said boots to replace mine back home. Highly recommend this spot even if it was a little far from the hotel.
Scam/thieves. I purchased a jacket here and was charged double the price when the clerk rang up a different product entirely. After the transaction was completed, I attempted to return the product and repurchase it at the actual price but was denied as the receipt was not for the product I purchased. The clerk had also removed all of the tags prior to handing it over to hide the evidence of what she had done.
Really weird vibe from a saleswoman at this store. My husband and I walked in looking for baselayers, so we separated after walking inside and he went downstairs while I asked the lady where to find some. She pointed out some options and I told her one of the options I liked, so she held her hand out for the item. I assumed she wanted to start a fitting room for me, but this lady folded it up and put it BACK on the shelf! I figured it was a language barrier issue, so I shrugged it off and went to try on the item anyway. It didn’t fit as I hoped, so I put the item back, gave up the search and went downstairs to find my husband in the mens section and explained the odd interaction I had with her to him. Sure enough, this lady FOLLOWED me down 2 flights of stairs! My husband and I decided to leave because of this, and she followed us UP THE STAIRS! Maybe she thought I was trying to steal something, but I was already dressed in expensive gear and it’s not like they’re selling particularly expensive items considering it’s snow gear… very inappropriate behavior. I’ll be sure to never come back or rent gear from this location, and tell people visiting Zermatt to avoid coming here. We ended up shopping at a different location and buying from there instead.
