Es bediente ein völlig überforderter, lauter und unfreundlicher Mann, sichtlich genervt von den Gästen. Er fuhr sie an und beschwerte sich, dass sie nicht ans andere Ende des Tisches gingen, um Platz zu nehmen, was für viele von ihnen einfach nicht offensichtlich war. Dann, nach 20 Minuten, sagte er ihnen, sie MÜSSEN warten! Ich fragte nach dem Besitzer; Ich weiß, dass es völlig anders ist, da ich vor Jahren in der Gegend gelebt habe. Remimag (eine Kette) sei der Eigentümer, lautete die Antwort, gefolgt von einem abfälligen „Warum?“ Ich verzichtete auf eine Antwort ... Ein Lichtblick war jedoch eine junge Frau, die an ihrem ersten Tag arbeitete; sie war sehr freundlich. Ich wünsche ihr alles Gute. Alles in allem eine riesige Enttäuschung!

Das Restaurant hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, aber die Leitung ist eine Katastrophe. Ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld.

Platzmühle Zug, the food is a disaster! The Pizza Prosciutto and Pizza Prosciutto- and Funghi (25.50) were like cardboard, with hardly any tomato sauce, something resembling mozzarella, and about 20 grams of something else (supposed to be prosciutto) for CHF 24.00. The price would be acceptable, but the preparation is an outrage! It's a shame, it would be a great place, and the waiter was very friendly and efficient. I think he was ashamed of these pizzas. It's a pity, but I've never had such terrible food! Stars? No thanks! (I had to give 1 star, otherwise the post would be inactive.)

I'm mostly familiar with the Kunsthaus restaurant in Zurich. Yesterday I was there for the umpteenth time for Chinese food. Excellent service, as always. High-quality food and wine. The brunch is also not to be sniffed at. Very varied. KEEP IT UP!!

A 60-franc processing fee for an unused parking meter strikes me as extortionate. A 10-day payment period, then they'll file a complaint... oh, what a friendly announcement from Remimag. It goes without saying that we will be avoiding your restaurants in the future. Not because of the "fine," but because of the exorbitant amount demanded.
