Bei der schlechtesten Firma aller Zeiten dauerte es fünf Wochen, bis etwas geliefert wurde, und als es dann kam, kam es in einem Stück an, nachdem ich meine Garage ausgeräumt hatte. Der Kundenservice ist schrecklich, bitte nicht, ich wiederhole: Bestellen Sie nichts bei dieser Firma!

We ordered something for our company that was marked as immediately available. Unfortunately, the ordered item hasn't arrived yet. We haven't received a response to emails for weeks. The phone number doesn't work; after one ring, the line goes busy. It's not a problem if something isn't available, but absolutely no communication about it is unacceptable. Update: After the third email, we received a response.

I bought a height-adjustable desk. It got lost in transit and was later sent, but one part was missing and another didn't work. I then had to wait three weeks for the replacement, during which they sent me a power cord from Germany, which of course doesn't fit my Swiss socket. Furthermore, the faulty part was never sent. Customer service wasn't very helpful in addressing my problem. It's been a huge hassle for me just because they can't do their job properly. Not recommended!

I bought three shelves. The delivery time was over two months instead of five days. One never arrived at all. However, the money was quickly refunded. One of the shelves arrived dented and two screws were missing. The screws weren't even replaced; I was told to buy them at a hardware store. The shelves are also of extremely poor quality. They're unusable; they wobble terribly. I advise everyone against buying from Certeo. The customer service was very friendly and responded quickly, but they couldn't help either.
