Das Hotelpersonal ist so nett und hilfsbereit, dass sie mir beim Einchecken zwei Stück Schokolade gegeben haben. Ich war wegen des Iran-Krieges hier, mein Flug wurde annulliert, also hat Etihad einen Aufenthalt hier organisiert. Sie hatten ein gutes Abendessen und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die schön und sauber und geräumig. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass der Blick aus dem Fenster meines Zimmers im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auf das Dach von McDonald's fiel 🤣 Aber ansonsten war alles großartig. Ich liebe dieses Hotel und die Leute, die es geführt haben.
Check-in |Check-in war wirklich gut. Wir kamen vom Radisson Hotel & Suites Zürich, wo wir herzlich begrüßt und gelächelt wurden. Dieses Hotel hat uns nicht enttäuscht! Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, da es die Nacht vor meinem … war.
Das Hotel war mit dem Hotel-Shuttle, der alle 30 Minuten vor dem Flughafenterminal abfährt, sehr leicht zu erreichen, nur 5-10 Minuten. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und komfortabel, aber für meinen Geschmack etwas warm. Die Klimaanlage schien nichts weiter zu machen als Geräusche zu machen, also habe ich sie am Ende ausgeschaltet. Es wäre schön gewesen, auch einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu haben.
This is NOT at the airport. It is 20 minutes by car and there are NO early morning shuttles. Staff was very unhelpful when we wanted to change hotels. Offered a rate at Radisson Blu higher than was on the website and was unable to make a reservation for us. There are no nearby services. The issues just continue. The shuttle is free FROM the airport but you have to pay to get back. The next shuttle wasn’t even running for 40 minutes. We had to pay an Uber to get back. Spoke to the manager Afzaal Sikander, who just kept making excuses and offered no solution to the problem. Last time I will ever stay at a Radisson.

This hotel is not attached to the airport. You need to pay 10 franks per person if you want a shuttle to the airport or it’s a 60 chf taxi ride away. The name is deceitful. The staff are very nice and helpful. It is a 10 minute walk from the Rumlang train station so you can get to Zurich pretty easily. The rooms are very spacious although the setup is odd. The showers are connected to the rest of the room so theres really no privacy if you are staying there with someone else. You literally step out of the shower into the bedroom, theres no divider or curtain or separate room. The toilets also reminded me of an airplane toilet
