Gute Pizza.
The pizza was delicious. The dough and toppings were a good thickness, and the crust was slightly crispy. The service was very nice and friendly. There's seating both inside and outside. It took a little longer for our food to arrive, but we were a larger group and received our orders at the same time.
We reserved a table for 14 people for pizza. They charged us for two extra pizzas and a €75 reservation fee, even though the restaurant was empty... Completely empty... Absolutely outrageous... Never again...
The conduct of your delivery service was completely unacceptable: • The food was simply left outside in the cold without any notification that it had arrived. • Half of the order was missing, and the rest was delivered incorrectly – not what I ordered and paid for. • Your staff was rude, disrespectful, and abusive on the phone, which is absolutely unacceptable. • Furthermore, I was promised that the missing items would be delivered within 30 minutes – however, after more than an hour, nothing had arrived. This behavior is completely unprofessional and violates basic service standards. After this experience, I will never order from you again and cannot recommend your restaurant in any way.
