Absolut mieses Geschäft. Stellen Sie mir weiterhin eine Rechnung, ein Jahr nachdem ich meine Bestellung per E-Mail storniert habe. Sehr unprofessioneller und respektloser Ton der E-Mail-Kommunikation. Für mich als Kunde und Mensch eine unnötig belastende Erfahrung. Diese Erfahrung würde ich niemandem wünschen.

Toller Anbieter. Ich war etwas besorgt, als ich nach der Anmeldung auf ein Netzwerkproblem stieß. 99 % der Anbieter zucken nur mit den Schultern und ignorieren so etwas. Aber Firestorm hat das Problem sofort behoben. Was die Systemleistung betrifft, laufen ihre Root-Server hervorragend. Und der Preis ist absolut fantastisch, sogar besser als bei OVH und Hetzner, was man selten so erschwinglich sieht. Ich habe Verständnis für die Frustration negativer Rezensenten, aber ich frage mich, ob sie den Firestorm-Support kontaktiert haben? Sie scheinen sehr gerne bei Problemen zu helfen und sind vernünftige Menschen. Ich werde meine Rezension in den kommenden Monaten auf dem neuesten Stand halten.

Stay far as much as possible from this company. This company is the essence of what a business SHOULD NOT BE. One star is already way to much. They are simply trying to screw money. They made a switch on the server type I wanted to use and instead of paying back the difference, the kept the money claiming it will be provided back as discount. I requested the cancellation of the services but they claim it was not done properly even if I’ve clear evidences. They are arrogant and not supportive at all. All they want is your money. Result: I have to ask the support of lawyers to fix this or, as alternative, I need to agree to be screwed by these guys!!! And the quality of the servers and support is absolutely not existent. A typical way of mislead claim that Swiss make things with quality. Stay far as much as possible from this company.
