Was für ein Hotel, was für eine schöne Atmosphäre, wie schön ist das Ergebnis, wenn Luxus auf die alten, traditionellen Wälder, das Bergambiente, die atemberaubende Aussicht und vor allem auf den hochwertigen Service des Personals trifft. Das Alpina hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir freuen uns darauf, es zu besuchen, sobald wir die Gelegenheit dazu haben. Danke schön!
Wir besuchten das Hotel zu Weihnachten, der geschäftigsten Zeit des Jahres. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Ort, der Atmosphäre, dem Essen und insbesondere dem Personal. Sie sind wirklich freundlich und nett, besonders Ricardo, der Barmanager, Pauline und Mia von der Rezeption und alle anderen Mitarbeiter. Sie werden alles tun, um den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
Bestes Hotel in Gstaad. Herzliche Atmosphäre, wunderschönes Spa, köstliches Frühstück, tolles Personal … und wir waren von den pelzigen Hausschuhen begeistert!!!

As usual, it was great. It was our fifth time. It's gotten significantly more expensive, though. Last year we paid 1665 Swiss Francs for our junior suite and this year it was 2070 Francs for the same room. But it was still worth it..
Stunning hotel with magical views. The staff are very helpful and enjoy their work. They can't do enough for you. The location is amazing, and there is a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up in town. That can easily fit a buggy in without taking it down. The kids club is wonderful well equipped but opens late 11 and closes late 9pm 9.30- 7pm would be better hours for the children they cater to in my opinion, and Angela is very kind and caring and does a fantastic job with all ages. There is a clean and safe playground and a cinema room that can be booked out. It's a child friendly place but designed around adults' enjoyment. The spa is beautiful and the facilities are perfect for a romantic relaxing stay. The food is perfect. Every meal is delicious, especially the lobtser at the buffet bbq, and the dim sum at breakfast, which sadly I left trying till near the end of our visit. The beds are very comfortable even with a bad back and the rooms have everything you could want the slippers are the best I've ever experienced at a hotel and make you feel right at home. I would live here if I could it's that good.
