Ich habe meinen Elektroroller hier gekauft und hatte ehrlich gesagt eine wirklich gute Erfahrung. Luis hat mir bei allem geholfen, er hat alles klar erklärt, meine Fragen beantwortet und mich sogar durch das Auspacken geführt. Melinda an der Rezeption war sehr nett und höflich, während sie sich um das Paket und den Papierkram kümmerte. Ich schätze sie und den Rest des Teams wirklich für den tollen Service. 😊

Wir waren bei Conforama auf der Suche nach einem Teppich, aber als wir die Küchenabteilung sahen, waren wir angenehm überrascht. Ein junger, begeisterter Küchendesigner hat uns zu unserer Ferienwohnung beraten. Leider müssen wir das Projekt vorerst verschieben, sind aber von dem Designer sehr beeindruckt und können ihn wärmstens empfehlen. Beste Grüße, Die Studer-Familie
I bought new furniture at the end of November, and the store advertised a CHF 200 voucher for purchases of CHF 500 or more, which was valid for any additional purchases of over CHF 500 between December 10th and 23rd, 2025. I thought it was a great deal and spent over CHF 1000. Today I went back to the store for advice. I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They deserve 100 points, which I can't say about their business practices. Today I spent over CHF 900 again and wanted to redeem the voucher. At first, they said the voucher wasn't valid until December 17th, 2025. I initially wanted to postpone the purchase, but then they said the voucher wasn't valid for promotional items. However, Conforama almost exclusively offers promotional items, and the regular-priced items aren't really relevant. I think this is blatant deception, and several customers in the checkout line were annoyed by this behavior. It's pure negative publicity. Be honest and stop using coupons altogether, then you won't have any disgruntled customers. I'll think twice about making such purchases in the future and consider other stores if necessary.
A complete disaster. We're still waiting for a sofa we bought over a month ago. The first delivery arrived with two right-hand sections of the sofa, and to make matters worse, the entire building was left littered with trash and dirt. The second delivery was simply forgotten, and we were only informed five minutes before the supposed delivery time. Almost a month after the purchase, we still don't know if we'll ever receive the sofa. At this time, I absolutely cannot recommend Conforama!
I was shopping at Conforama the other day and witnessed something that really upset me. A customer spoke to a staff member in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I find this kind of thing very sad, because the employees there are always friendly and eager to help. I've been shopping there for months since it opened, and I've always found the staff to be respectful and helpful. That's why it's so incomprehensible to me when someone takes their anger out on them. A little more consideration and kindness would do us all good.
