Die Servicequalität des Personals an der Rezeption ist unbekannt. Es ist schon nicht das erste Mal, dass mir ein falscher Termin mitgeteilt wird, und wenn ich komme, tut mir alles leid, was ich höre, aber wir können Ihnen nicht helfen, Ihr Termin liegt schon eine Stunde zurück. Niemand, der neuer ist, hat versucht anzurufen und zu fragen, warum ich noch nicht da bin. Selbst wenn der Arzt gut ist, kann man ihn einfach nicht erreichen.

Der Arzt und die Rezeptionistin sind nett – aber was nützt mir das? Jedes Mal, wenn ich versuche, einen Termin zu vereinbaren, sagen sie: „Keine Zeit, warum gehst du nicht in die Notaufnahme in Bern?“ Ganz ehrlich, welchen Sinn hat es überhaupt, einen Hausarzt zu haben? Wenn ich einfach jedes Mal abgewiesen werde, könnte ich genauso gut direkt in die Notaufnahme gehen. Eine Hausarztpraxis, in der man nie einen Termin bekommt, ist einfach nutzlos.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Patient bei Localmed Schliern. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung durch die Arzthelferinnen war stets äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Ärzte sind immer sehr freundlich und kümmern sich hervorragend um ihre Patienten. Ich werde auf jeden Fall ein Patient bleiben und danke Ihnen für Ihren Einsatz.

The doctor is great and deserves 5 stars. This review refers to a couple of MPAs, while others are very likeable. For me, the behavior I experienced towards patients is completely unacceptable. I've already had contact with them, and the problem hasn't been resolved, as it's not their fault, but always someone else's. Mistakes aren't admitted. This wasn't the first time; there's been an incident before. Two weeks ago, I picked up my medical file because I have a new primary care doctor. When I looked at the file, it said that for the day of my lab appointment, they should reschedule the appointment from two weeks later and schedule a new one with me. But no one ever mentioned it to me and simply deleted the appointment because the doctor wasn't available that day. When I finally arrived, the trainee just said that it's hardly possible I have an appointment today. "Yeah, of course," they said, because they just deleted it. I never heard an apology, but they were perfectly capable of coming by. That was reason enough for me to leave the practice as a patient and look for a new one. It wasn't the first time I'd been rudely approached, and it wasn't my fault.

A sick patient is turned away despite having free appointments. Rude office assistants. Turned away immediately for being 10 minutes late, even though the reserved time was 30 minutes. Then a new appointment is made three weeks later. This is not appropriate for a doctor's office. Not recommended.

I am very satisfied with the practice near Bern. The staff is very pleasant and always very friendly. You feel welcome, and great importance is placed on the well-being of the patients. The entire team does a fantastic job... I can highly recommend this practice.
