First of all, I received excellent advice before purchasing the E-Ride Pro. All my questions about the various bikes were answered. Home delivery was on time, and I received on-site training on how to operate everything and what to look out for. Two weeks ago, I scheduled the bike for a service, and it was picked up from my home. The repair and service only took one week, which I had expected to take longer. The replacement part was handled smoothly by the garage and coordinated with the dealers. I am very satisfied with the bike and the service/repairs offered.
