Here, quite unpretentiously, they live what others claim to be behind shiny brand names, while outsourcing production to China (*cough* Z*liss *cough*). As long as production takes place in Switzerland, I will remain loyal to Tromco—to my knowledge, they have been a supplier and assembler of certain Z*liss product lines and batches for decades—because we can't do without their iconic hand-crank grater. It reliably serves us in all the national cuisines we prepare daily at home 🇨🇭 🇦🇹 🇦🇱 🇮🇹
