Ich kenne das Unternehmen nicht, aber dieses Schild sagt viel über die Qualität und Freundlichkeit des Unternehmens aus.
Ich möchte Lars Horst ein Lob aussprechen! Er hat für mich persönlich einen fantastischen Job gemacht. Ich hatte einen Notfall im Restaurant und er hat sofort reagiert, sodass mein Stromproblem so schnell wie möglich gelöst werden konnte. Mitarbeiter wie er sind Gold wert. Ich wünschte, er wäre immer da.
The billing for the work performed was incorrect. Seven hours were overcharged, but this was corrected after I raised a complaint. However, two hours were charged for a site visit to prepare a quote, which took 30 minutes. I never received a quote; it was forgotten. However, the construction workers did the work very well.
Good work done. However, the bill for 40-45 minutes of work was charged at 3 hours and 15 minutes, costing over €400. After complaining, it was corrected, but the reply was very rude.
A trustworthy company with excellent employees. They billed fairly for the work performed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thank you all!
