Schrecklich unorganisiert und chaotisch. Finger weg von diesem Ort!! Die Bewertungen hier zeigen, dass diese Erfahrung kein einmaliger Vorfall ist. Die Check-in-Zeiten galten nicht und wir ließen unser Gepäck fallen, da uns versprochen wurde, dass unsere Wohnung bis 19.00 Uhr gereinigt wird. Als wir um Mitternacht zurückkamen, fanden wir es ungereinigt vor, da die Leute zuvor es buchstäblich verlassen hatten. Am nächsten Tag wurde es bis Mittag gereinigt und wir erhielten eine Rückerstattung für eine Nacht, was am Ende die negative Erfahrung und den verursachten Stress nicht wirklich kompensierte. Ich komme immer noch nicht über die Erfahrung vom Sommer 2025 hinweg.

Der schlimmste Ort, an dem wir je übernachtet haben. Schmutzig. Gemeinsames WC/Dusche mit zwei weiteren Zimmern. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen oder es weiterempfehlen!!
I was meant to check in late, instructions were given that the keys were placed in a safe place, sadly the instruction didn't have enough information to know where this safe place was (for security measures I wont explain this - but be warned that if the instructions are not clear - make sure you ask) We spoke between whatsapp and the booking app, with a mix of auto text responses and someone responding to questions with information stating there is 24hr support. This was not the case and maybe its because its late at night but in summary, I didnt get to my accommodation and had to find another as there was no support for this. My next approach was to negotiate and to appeal to the good nature of the host, that due to not getting into my accommodation that I could be reimbursed or offered another nite for free as I already paid for the original night - the response was - this is not their problem - she then followed on to say I didn't supply my number, then accused me of not understanding the Swiss hospitality approach and clearly the UK does things different (I didnt engage) - and also in summary I not only didn't get to stay at the accommodation, I didn't get a refund and I was made to feel it was all my fault with not even an apology of the miscommunication or support that was not provided. Things happen I understand, and miscommunications happens as well but I was shocked with what I was made to feel. Beware when booking with them and be clear on the instructions or you will suffer the wrath of Swiss hospitality or at least House of Harmony idea of Swiss Hospitality.

Not a good experience. The rooms are very basic is an understatement. Not the cleanest! No wardrobe or drawers, just a coat rack. Shared bathroom. The radiator was filthy. Shared kitchen for use of kettle etc. The kettle was faulty. I won't return!
