Ich liebe Decathlon wirklich! Heute habe ich Skiausrüstung gemietet und gekauft, und die Verkäuferin Susanna (ich hoffe, ich habe ihren Namen richtig geschrieben) war äußerst professionell und freundlich. Sie half mir freundlicherweise bei der Auswahl der richtigen Schneeausrüstung und half mir geduldig bei einigen Problemen mit der Mitgliedschaft. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und wenn ich Zeit habe, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rami ... großartig ... immer hilfsbereit ... Vor 4 Monaten, als ich das Fahrrad für meine Tochter kaufte, und vor einer Woche arbeitete er und fragte mich nach all den Problemen mit dem Fahrrad, um Reparaturen vorzunehmen.
Romain half uns bei der Auswahl der richtigen Skischuhgröße.
WOW Antimo is fantastic at this store, speaks fluent English and is super helpful, what an asset he is to the Decathlon brand. I am English guy with a disability he even carried the items i wanted to the till for me, and helped me when the self service till was not working properly. Decathlon in Spain where i live needs to learn customer service from Antimo, so well done keep it up. Thanks again.
Look for Roma, Italian name, French Guy with awesome German and infinite amount of Humility. Why go Ricardo, when you have Decathlon!!
Really small store for a Decathlon. Some areas are empty. Inventory management is poor, it felt like they are preparing for closing it (2025-05-10). Has winter equipment lease service, which is the of few good things about the store. Staff is mostly (2 out of 3) friendly and helphul.
