Was für ein fantastisches Hotel in einem wunderschönen Dorf voller Charme und Charakter. Wir waren hier während eines Busurlaubs und der Service war außergewöhnlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Besitzer war sehr charmant, wir wurden als Gruppe willkommen geheißen und er gab ein kleines …
Wir hatten ein fantastisches Erlebnis im Seehotel Pilatus. Das Hotel ist sauber, wunderschön und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist herzlich, einladend und immer hilfsbereit. Es ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Parkplätzen und komfortablen Plätzen für Familien zum Entspannen. Als indische Familie empfanden wir es als den perfekten Ort zum Übernachten – friedlich, malerisch und familienorientiert. Ein kleiner Vorschlag wäre, mehr vegetarische Optionen in die Speisekarte aufzunehmen, was das kulinarische Erlebnis noch besser machen würde. Alles in allem ein wundervolles Hotel, in das wir gerne zurückkehren und das wir jedem empfehlen würden, der Luzern besucht!
We went for a couple of nights with my partner, the rooms are really nice, in winter it’s a bit cold inside the rooms, but they offered as a small heater. The breakfast was all right , we were really lucky and the whole wellness area was empty just for us, they have 3 saunas, jacuzzi and a nice pool and with one of the most stunning views we have ever seen. The service generally was extremely kind, special mention to Ihor, the most professional and friendly waiter I have meet, a really great guy that contributed to make the experience even better.
Our stay at the Seehotel Pilatus was absolutely unforgettable. The location by the lake was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was one of pure peace and beauty. The staff were wonderful — warm, helpful and always smiling. They made us feel truly welcome. Our child enjoyed every moment to the full — it was an amazing experience that we will never forget. We are already planning our next trip in winter because one visit simply isn’t enough for such a special place. Seehotel Pilatus is more than just a hotel; it's an experience that creates memories.
