Avoid KanalFritz altogether. Our toilet drain problem wasn't solved at all by the young employee. Everything was misdiagnosed, and no attempt was made to actually resolve the issue. A loose screw that could be pulled out was deemed a major problem. Empty platitudes revealed that KanalFritz was never interested in solving the problem. The technician's hourly rate was far too high for the amount of work he actually did. To top it all off, KanalFritz sent us an exorbitantly priced quote that attempted to fix the problem. Anyone who thinks they can get repeat business after a poor initial assessment is incredibly naive. We were able to fix the problem ourselves using simple household items, and it's working perfectly again now. This is pure extortion!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. We were satisfied customers of Arpe years ago. Now we needed quick help unblocking our toilet. Even placing the order was very complicated. The woman on the phone seemed very unmotivated and didn't really know what she was doing. Nevertheless, a technician came the next day to fix our toilet. He seemed very unsure of himself and took a very long time. After three hours, the toilet still wasn't working. The technician made a phone call, and after another hour, he told us we would have to have the entire house's plumbing system cleaned. He left us with the blocked toilet. We quickly received an incredibly high bill and a grossly inflated quote. I called again and was put through to the managing director. I'd rather not write anything about that conversation. I've never experienced such arrogance and a complete lack of focus on solutions. By the way: One day after Kanalfritz came, another company came and cleared the blockage in 30 minutes...
