Ich habe mein Auto zur Reparatur in die Karosseriewerkstatt von Herrn Diethelm gebracht und bin wirklich beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess verlief unkompliziert, schnell und absolut zuverlässig. Ich hatte vom ersten Kontakt an ein gutes Gefühl – und dieses Gefühl hat sich bis zur Übernahme des Autos voll bestätigt. Die Reparaturen wurden sauber und fachgerecht durchgeführt, und das alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Die Kommunikation war klar, ehrlich und transparent – keine Überraschungen, keine unnötigen Verzögerungen. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die persönliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt sofort: Es handelt sich hier um ein echtes Familienunternehmen, bei dem die Kundenzufriedenheit im Vordergrund steht. Freundlich, bodenständig und mit Herzblut bei der Arbeit. I really have to give them a huge compliment. You find plenty of workshops with lots of empty promises. But at Carrosserie A. Diethelm, there's very little empty talk, just fast, clean, and seamless service. They have tremendous expertise; you can drop off your vehicle and they'll take care of everything. I am thrilled with the service at Diethelm's. After a quick phone call, I was immediately offered the opportunity to have my hardtop for my 500 SL restored. I received very friendly service and expert advice from the workshop staff during my first visit. The restoration was completed quickly and flawlessly. The result is truly stunning. The paintwork is a perfect match for the car's color. The 5-star rating is absolutely deserved. I wish Diethelm's all the best and highly recommend them to everyone.
