Meine Mutter ist seit Jahren mit Ihnen auf der Strecke Basel-Osijek-Ibratno unterwegs. Alles war immer in Ordnung, mehr oder weniger. Doch was sie gestern erlebte, war das Schlimmste. Alle ihre Koffer wurden nass, aber nicht draußen, sondern im Kofferraum des Busses, und zwar in einem, in dem alle Sachen nass waren. Der Bus war wie etwas aus „Wer singt das?“, unsicher und schlecht. Die Fahrer waren unfreundlich. Mit der linken Hand fahren und in der rechten ein Handy halten... sie fühlte sich unsicher und verängstigt und wird auf keinen Fall noch einmal mit Ihnen reisen.

The ticket is about 120 Euro, everything is okay - I will give the young driver more than Dobrota for a couple of coffee coins - HE WILL NOT EVEN SAY THANK YOU!!!!!! There is no Structure - Suitcases are thrown out, there is no question about Baggage Cuts - and you pay extra. It's a shame that one RUCKSACK costs 4 Euros. Guys - Driver - you have to drink a lot of coffee to learn how to BEHAVE passengers. When you arrive happily - There is NO greeting or anything. Shame!!!!!! Ps: FlixBus —-> to Munich —> small break 30 min. still stress-free for Croatia. Grateful and very kind DRIVERS!!!! I'm sorry, but the TRUTH must be written - that's why Reviews are here!!!!!! WHERE ARE THE SAFES???????
