Dies war unser erstes Mal in diesem Restaurant, aber definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Wir genossen ein köstliches Essen, gefolgt von heißer Schokolade und Affogato auf der Terrasse. Victoria, die uns bediente, war wirklich nett und hat die gesamte Erfahrung wunderbar gemacht. Wir kommen wieder :)
Fabelhafte Aussicht und Terrasse. Service sehr gut. Essen einfach okay.
Nur eine nostalgische Erinnerung an das, was das Restaurant Raten einst war, als es noch von seinem Besitzer geführt wurde. Die Qualität des Essens ist ziemlich schlecht, der Service war unhöflich (und es dauerte 45 Minuten, bis die Kinder ihr ganz normales schlechtes Schnitzel mit Pommes bekamen). Früher waren wir wegen der Lage, dem ausgezeichneten Essen und dem kinderfreundlichen Service (was in der Schweiz eine Seltenheit ist) immer gern dort. Die Lage bleibt hervorragend, der Spielplatz vorerst auch, das Essen und der Service sind leider sehr durchschnittlich bis schlecht.
Very, very slow service. They promise 19 minutes wait time for the menu, but it's more like 1h 19 min. The food is good, the prices are average Swiss. The view is nice.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Viktoria. She was incredibly patient and caring, especially with our baby, which made our meal so much more relaxed and enjoyable. She took the time to help us with the menu and toys for the kids, . Thank you, Viktoria for being so kind to us
05/02/2026 We came to this restaurant for some sunshine and decided to have a lunch. The service was unfortunately very slow, forgetful and disappointing. The food, when it arrived was warm but by the time the waitress brought the cutlery, our meal had gone cold! As for the food, this was very average, Schnitzel and chips, it isn’t hard to make but it was dry and quite tasteless. The Alpler macaroni looked factory made with factory made fried onions and factory made apple sauce. The only thing that redeems this restaurant is the nice terrace and stunning views. At best I would return for just a coffee or a hot chocolate, certainly not for the food.
