After completely redesigning our garden in 2023 with a landscaper, we were able to achieve many positive changes, but it still lacked a feeling of warmth and security. At the same time, despite the significant investment, the garden seemed rather "ordinary." After extensive research, we came across Gartenkultur AG in 2024, and Samuel Schmid was able to help us further develop the garden. He always appreciated the investments we had already made and tried to preserve as much of them as possible. With the project completed in 2025, we now have our dream garden and are more than happy. If we ever need to redesign another garden, we will only work with Gartenkultur AG again.

Last fall, I had my garden remodeled by Gartenkultur AG. The new stone walls are truly beautiful, and the result is fantastic. The team was always very friendly, and I had a great time. Unfortunately, I don't have a green thumb "yet" and had a few questions about the planting. (I was happy to leave the entire planting, approximately 26,000 acres, to Gartenkultur AG.) I was in the garden and just wanted to know if I might have gotten newly planted flowers instead of 'Gjätt', so I contacted Gartenkultur AG again. I wanted someone to come over and briefly explain what was where. But they sent me two gardeners who didn't know my plant list, did work I never commissioned, and sent me a hefty bill. After a garden project like this, I would assume that such a consultation would still be included. Beforehand, there was plenty of time to drop by a few times, visit the tree nursery, select stones, etc. I'm happy to pay for work that's planned and desired, but this wasn't at all customer-friendly, and I'm disappointed. Unfortunately, Gartenkultur AG showed no understanding. The garden is great, but what came afterward was a flop.
