Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, Personal absolut professionell und äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Der Rezeptions- und Frühstücksbereich ist wunderschön, die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wenn Sie Raucher sind, gibt es einen schönen Raucherraum. Ich würde dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Nur ein Wort: Wow! Für diese Preisklasse ist das Hotel unglaublich gut gelegen und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war fantastisch, auch für Vegetarier gab es eine große Auswahl. Das Personal ist großartig und spricht ausgezeichnetes Englisch, was die Kommunikation erleichtert und zu einem reibungslosen Aufenthalt beigetragen hat. Mir gefiel das ganze Hotel, vor allem die Aussicht von meinem Balkon.

Wonderful hotel and the front desk is super friendly too! Loved their breakfast! It’s literally my best meal of the day! Rooms are spacious and warm, and it’s close to shops. Prices on the weekend are discounted too, so that’s a bonus. You will enter the hotel through a lift, and there are 2 entrances to get to the lift.

They just renovated the hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. I’ve stayed a few times for business. It’s also very close to the train station. And a short train ride into Zürich

This hotel is NOT a bargain, they are charging just for the location,. Hotel Illuster in Uster, Switzerland is a clean, modern place with comfortable rooms and a good location. My room was nicely furnished and generally pleasant—except for the temperature. It was surprisingly warm, and here's the kicker: when the hotel says it’s “temperature-controlled,” that does not mean air-conditioned. Important distinction! I found it a bit curious that every staff member mentioned they’re “installing AC soon, but it’s delayed.” Maybe it’s true, maybe it’s the Swiss version of “mañana.” Either way, if you’re staying during warm weather, pack light pajamas and maybe a small desk fan just to be safe. Overall, a decent stay, but a cool breeze would have made it much cooler—literally.
