Kompetente Beratung. Plenty of knowledgeable staff. If an item isn't in stock, they can order it. Viel besser als ein Hornbach… Absolut empfehlenswert, toll, dass es solche Fachgeschäfte noch gibt!

Josef Giger ist ein narzisstischer, unfreundlicher und schrecklicher „Chef“. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und freundlich, werden aber ständig von Josef Giger grundlos beschimpft, korrigiert (auch wenn es nichts zu korrigieren gibt) und gedemütigt. Als Kunde ist es fast unerträglich, dabei zuzusehen. Ich möchte kein Unternehmen unterstützen, in dem der „Chef“ die Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden so behandelt.
