Unzuverlässig und unprofessionell. Der Termin für die Endreinigung meiner Wohnung wurde schriftlich bestätigt. Dennoch wurde der Service kurzfristig (nach Rückfrage) abgesagt. Als Grund wurde angegeben, dass man sich nicht sicher sei, weil ich nicht angerufen habe – obwohl die Bestätigung schriftlich erfolgte. Aufgrund dieser Unzuverlässigkeit musste ich kurzfristig eine Ersatzfirma finden, was sehr frustrierend war.
Bosse Cleaning hat unsere 5,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit viel Engagement und hohem Qualitätsanspruch gereinigt. Das Ergebnis konnte sich sehen lassen: Die Wohnung wurde von der Verwaltung problemlos zur Übergabe an die neuen Mieter angenommen. Die Kommunikation war stets angenehm und freundlich, die Arbeiten wurden zuverlässig und termingerecht erledigt. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
I've booked this company twice now and am completely satisfied again. I can't understand the bad reviews here. Mr. Bosse delivers excellent results. When moving, Bosse Cleaning is my first choice. Keep up the great work! Until next time.
Our moving-out tenant hired Bosse Cleaning. The apartment was not inspected beforehand to prepare a quote. The estimated cleaning time was four hours for a 2.5-room apartment. Mr. Bosse cleaned alone, and we were extremely dissatisfied. Many areas were missed, and a follow-up cleaning was required after a long discussion, even though the warranty had been confirmed. When we inspected the follow-up cleaning, the entire kitchen was still sticky wherever it had been touched, and the windows hadn't been professionally cleaned. The tiles in the bathroom hadn't even seen a cleaning cloth. He couldn't clean the toilet. When I tried to tell Mr. Bosse this, he wouldn't listen and made excuses like "owners always want things to look like new," etc. I definitely don't recommend this cleaning company, and certainly not for end-of-tenancy cleanings.
The final cleaning of our apartment in the Lucerne area was carried out professionally, so the handover with the management was carried out quickly and without any complaints. The organization and communication beforehand were also always very pleasant and uncomplicated. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend Bosse Cleaning and would definitely use their services again if we were to hand over our apartment again.
