Ich hatte immer nur Kontakt zu Frau Labancova und es war immer großartig. Ich muss bis Ende November noch ausziehen, bin mir aber sicher, dass sich an diesem Zeitpunkt nichts ändern wird. Ich lebe seit 3 ​​Jahren hier und Frau Labancova hat immer schnell geantwortet und wenn etwas kaputt war, wurde es noch in derselben Woche repariert. Also vielen Dank!

Unglaublich unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde erwartet, dass die Wohnung von einem von ihnen empfohlenen Reinigungsdienst professionell gereinigt wird, andernfalls wird Ihnen buchstäblich alles in Rechnung gestellt. Sie benutzten einen schwarzen Handschuh, um über jede Oberfläche zu streichen, und wenn auch nur ein kleines bisschen Staub vorhanden war, wurde mir dafür eine Gebühr berechnet. Ironischerweise war die Wohnung, als ich sie bekam, nicht sauberer als bei meinem Auszug. Es scheint also, dass sie damit tatsächlich ihren Gewinn erzielen. Die Wohnung wurde mir ohne Entlüftungsfilter übergeben, was mir dann in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Mir war nicht einmal bewusst, dass es welche geben musste. Sie haben meine Anzahlung auch noch nicht überwiesen, obwohl ich vor mehr als einem Monat ausgezogen bin. Erwähnenswert ist, dass ich in der Vergangenheit noch nie Probleme mit Vermietern hatte. Ich würde nie wieder bei ihnen mieten, selbst wenn sie die einzige Agentur wären, die Wohnungen in Zürich vermietet! Enttäuschend!

For a year I rented a flat, which posed a real problem for me. The communication with Ms. J. Teich was always professional as well as friendly and the facility manager tried its best to resolve the issues. Unfortunately the delays were substantial but after a little digging I realized, that this was quite common in Zurich during the state of 'emergency' - which resulted in an unreliable customer service in general worldwide. Thus, I cannot contribute this issue to the agency itself. The handover of the flat went smoothly - I also gave my best to clean it - and the caution was returned in a timely manner. In the second half of my stay, the response time in a normal setting was fast and I had never had problems to reach a representative by phone, even without having to wait on the line. Nevertheless, the best approach was by email in my experience in order to have a track record and to call when the necessity arised. To sum up, a very friendly customer service with an honest attempt to resolve your issues and complaints. Hence a reliable agency, that I would have liked in an unproblematic flat.

Hi everyone! I came to Switzerland three years ago and rented the flat under this agency's portfolio. At the beginning they were polite and responsible, until issues with building started. Broken lock on the main entrance doors and always dirty washing room are only some of the examples..When I decided to hand over the flat they showed a real incompetence and a lack of professionalism. Two potential candidates for my flat gave up because the agency was too slow in replying to applications or the agency had special considerations which it actually did not apply to other tenants...at the end I was searching for a new tenant for two months. At the end, when they accepted one tenant they did not send the agreement for 10 days and new tenant was confused asking what is happening....The deposit phase went quite smooth and I waited only 2 months to get my money back. All in all...I would not recommend this agency to anyone but knowing the real estate market situation in Zurich, I am afraid people just have no much choice.

I have been living in one of their apartments for almost a year now. So far the agency proved to be very responsive and helpful. They are, within reason, willing to go out of their way to consider requests that you may have regarding your tenancy. They let me move in almost half a month earlier the date set in the contract and did not incur any fees.
