Leider hatte ich einmal eine schlechte Portion Joghurt, die bei mir zu Erbrechen und Durchfall führte. Mit Käse und Butter hatte ich diese Probleme nicht. Als ich mit dem Manager darüber sprach, wischte er mich einfach ab und sagte, es liege an meiner Gesundheit. So verlieren Sie treue Kunden.
Der Mokka-Joghurt schmeckte hervorragend, war aber leider etwas zu flüssig. Allerdings gab es einen großen Nachteil: Der Inhalt betrug nicht wie angegeben 180 Gramm, sondern nur 175 Gramm! (Geeichte Küchenwaage)
Der beste Joghurt weit und breit, gerne fahre ich alle 10 Tage nach Biel-Wengi für 40 Joghurts! Ich habe die langweiligen, generischen Produkte von Cristallina, Emmi und Migros Elsa absolut satt. Macht weiter so, ihr lieben Leute von der Käserei Wengi! Hanspeter Grob, Konditormeister, Biel
Unfortunately, I'm giving them zero stars. They didn't have the raclette cheese I'd pre-ordered, and they couldn't find any more – and this was so close to Christmas! I wasn't informed by phone even though they had my number. The service was very unfriendly. A real shame for a regional cheese shop. P.S.: Cash only.
You can't get fresher milk or dairy products. Not at Migros, not at Coop. The only way to get fresher milk is directly from the cow.
For years we have been travelling around 30km to buy excellent whole milk, yoghurt and some cheeses. The staff are friendly and professional.
