Ich bin letzten Herbst Patientin von Dr. Kohlhoff geworden und fühle mich unglaublich glücklich, sie als meine Hausärztin zu haben. Trotz hohem Patientenaufkommen und überlastetem System ist sie sehr sympathisch (was heutzutage definitiv keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist!), nimmt sich Zeit (und achtet trotzdem darauf, dass niemand zu lange warten muss), beschönigt nichts, sondern findet immer die richtigen Worte. Man merkt, dass sie und ihr Team sich wirklich für ihre Patienten einsetzen und dass Dr. Kohlhoff wirklich engagiert und sehr gründlich ist. Ich habe hervorragende Untersuchungen, Ratschläge und Empfehlungen erhalten und fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben – was meiner Erfahrung nach nicht immer der Fall ist. Auch die Rezeptionisten sind sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Praxis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Unzuverlässige, lange Wartezeiten (ich habe fast ein Jahr auf einen Hautarzttermin gewartet, weil sechs Monate lang vergessen wurde, ihn zu melden) Sie schicken Sie nicht sofort zu einem Spezialisten, da Sie diesen noch aufsuchen und natürlich auch bezahlen müssen. Sie „übertragen sogar Akten an einen neuen Hausarzt“ (und das ist wirklich unverschämt) und zahlen ein paar Rechnungen für „Aktenprüfung in Abwesenheit des Patienten“ oder „Telefonanrufe“. obwohl ich diese Dinge beim Termin immer erwähnt habe, und sie dann alles vergessen. Seltsam. Das Ärgerliche ist, dass man wirklich für alles bezahlen muss. Glücklicherweise entschloss ich mich nach zwei Jahren, den Hausarzt zu wechseln, und ich ließ alle Tests und Termine am ersten Tag erledigen. Viel Glück

Dr. Kohlhoff ist mit Abstand der beste Hausarzt, den ich je hatte (ich nähere mich der 50, war also schon bei einigen Ärzten...). Sie ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch mein Mann, der kaum Deutsch spricht, ist bei Dr. Kohlhoff und ihrem Team in besten Händen. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Frau Schär; Sie ist stets bemüht, für die Patienten eine gute Lösung zu finden, wenn sie anrufen. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit, in der die Hausarztpraxen aus allen Nähten platzen und der Verwaltungsaufwand immer größer wird, keine Selbstverständlichkeit.

As already described on countless other review sites: unreliable, disorganized. Waiting times (up to an hour or more) are beyond belief, but they always have an excuse ready! It took more than a month to refer me to a specialist☹️, and this only after I inquired by phone. The neurologist and X-ray institute took three days, while Thun Hospital took less than a week. For dessert (New Year's Eve 2020-21), I have to pay the additional costs of the health insurance company of more than CHF 1,100 out of my own pocket, even though I clearly stated that this shouldn't happen. Due to illness, I haven't been to a doctor in the last 25 years (except for accidents). "Thank you." That's not true, Ms. Kohlhoff😡! The referral took more than a month! The neurologist showed me the report (date) that had been received! Three days later, I had his appointment! Which of us has three insurance degrees at home? I pointed this out to you at our last appointment. You ignored it! Regardless, I've already changed my GP. 🤗. You'll receive the details for the patient file transfer by phone this Friday! The second right arm surgery, scheduled for April 29, 2021, is already being handled by the new GP, all in consultation with K.K., Thun Hospital, and the Thun Occupational Therapy Center. And yes, I've expressed my displeasure on various review sites, with due respect, of course! I won't be commenting any further.
