Wir haben alle unsere Fenster durch Biene, Holz-Aluminium-Fenster, ersetzen lassen. Wir waren mit der Arbeit sehr zufrieden und würden diese Firma jedem weiterempfehlen. Nach 9 Jahren sehen die Fenster so aus. Antwort von Biene Fenster: Isolierglas kann trüb werden, SIA-Norm 5 Jahre. Keine Geste des guten Willens. Für sie einfach normal. Ich kenne niemanden, dessen Fenster so aussehen, auch nicht nach 40 Jahren. Der Kauf der teuren Holz-Alu-Fenster hat sich wirklich gelohnt; Meine alten 38 Jahre alten Fenster sahen vor dem Austausch besser aus. Ich überlasse es jedem, sich seine eigene Meinung zu bilden und seinen Fensterlieferanten auszuwählen.
By chance, we came across the charming company name "BIENE Fenster" (Bee Windows) in our neighborhood at the beginning of the year and contacted them about our planned window renovation. From the very start, the collaboration was exciting and pleasant, and although we discussed countless details up to and including the signing of the contract, communication was always open and focused. This ultimately led us to choose this window manufacturer with the appealing name. Of course, their very competitive offer was also a decisive factor. However, the delivery date couldn't be fully met. This was due to production bottlenecks, which are commonplace in these times and which BIENE Fenster AG could only partially influence. The positive impressions and initial collaboration were then fully confirmed from the signing of the contract, through the on-site measurements, installation, and final adjustments with the service team. During the entire project, we were particularly impressed by the competence of the sales team, the quality and precision of the project manager, and subsequently by the quality and expertise of the installation team. This was not something to be taken for granted when renovating a total of 27 units, including windows, French doors, and larger sliding doors. The work was carried out as planned, and all promises were kept. We must also mention and commend the cleanliness and respect shown for each situation encountered during installation, as well as the fact that there was practically no significant damage. This truly deserves a compliment! We also greatly appreciated that BIENE Fenster AG offers everything from a single source and, above all, carries out all the work with their own employees (not through third parties or subcontractors). This was, incidentally, a key criterion in awarding the contract, and it has certainly paid off in practice. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail shown during installation, as well as the fact that there was practically no significant damage. CONCLUSION: … if I had another renovation project to undertake, I would commission BIENE Fenster AG without hesitation … and without naming names (there are quite a few), I truly thank everyone who was involved in and carried out the renovation at our home.
