Deshalb wollten wir unsere Wärmepumpe austauschen und haben uns mutig für eine Panasonic entschieden. Wir haben schnell einen Partner gefunden: Monty Gebäudetechnik, und den Menschen dahinter: Björn Swoboda. Was er gemacht hat, war absolut fantastisch, oder wie wir auf Bernerdeutsch sagen: einfach großartig. Einen so erstklassigen Handwerker zu haben, ist ein echtes Geschenk. Björn hat mich nach einem Rohrbruch fachmännisch und sicher durch meine Renovierung geführt. Er ging weit über die vereinbarten Leistungen hinaus und beriet und unterstützte mich bei jedem Schritt. Das Endergebnis entspricht genau meinen Wünschen und steht mir sehr gut! Vielen Dank!

The old cast iron drainpipes had to be replaced with new ones. After an on-site inspection, Björn Swoboda was able to assess the situation very well and prepare much of the work in advance, allowing the work to be carried out extremely quickly and precisely. Compared to a competitor's quote, the work took only about half the time and cost half the price. The new pipes are of good quality and were installed securely. Mr. Swoboda also gave us an assessment of the underground pipes and was able to recommend a good company for another project. We sincerely thank him for the work, which was carried out to our complete satisfaction, and wish the young company all the best for the future!
