Seit genau 40 Jahren (1985-2025) kenne ich dieses Unternehmen als zuverlässig, seriös und freundlich. Die neue Generation hat den Betrieb vor einigen Jahren übernommen und führt diese positiven Eigenschaften fort. Unsere 25 Jahre alte Pfister-Küche ist noch in einem akzeptablen Zustand – trotzdem werden wir sie irgendwann ersetzen. Natürlich nur bei Pfister in Zell.

Vor einigen Jahren haben wir unsere Haustür austauschen lassen und waren mit der Arbeit der Schreinerei Pfister rundum zufrieden. Nun möchten wir aufgrund des Einbaus neuer Zylinder auch die Schließanlage erneuern bzw. austauschen lassen. Allerdings müssen zunächst die Tür- und Zylindermaße genommen werden, Versuche, per E-Mail einen Termin zu vereinbaren, blieben jedoch meist erfolglos. Bald steht die Messe GEWA Zell an und auch wenn ich am liebsten lokale Unternehmen unterstützen würde, bleibt mir auf lange Sicht nichts anderes übrig, als andere Möglichkeiten auszuloten. Übrigens ist unser Unternehmen Kuhn Rikon auch Partner der Schreinerei Pfister in Zell. 🙂

Unprofessional and Disappointing Communication I recently had a telephone conversation with this company's customer service and am very disappointed with how my issue was handled. From the very beginning of the call, I felt unwelcome. The person on the phone seemed irritable, impatient, and had absolutely no interest in truly listening to me. While I was explaining my issue, I was interrupted several times before I could even fully explain the situation. Basic courtesy and communication skills were lacking. Instead of targeted questions or solutions, I received only evasive answers. When I asked for a specific product that was available in-store, I was incomprehensibly told that I should buy it "somewhere else," not from the company itself. It almost seemed as if they were deliberately trying to get rid of me. Furthermore, I was promised a follow-up email during the in-store call, but I still haven't received it. The entire experience left me with the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Such a level of disinterest, lack of helpfulness, and lack of professionalism is unacceptable to me, especially when approaching the company as a paying customer with a legitimate request. Addendum to the company's response: Thank you for your statement. However, I would like to clarify that my criticism refers specifically to the initial telephone contact. The conversation was rude and impatient, and I was interrupted several times before I could fully explain my issue. This gave me the impression of not being welcome. Contrary to your statement, I have not received an offer to this day, neither in my inbox nor in my spam folder. The promised feedback regarding further steps via email has therefore not materialized. My decision to ultimately contact another provider was a consequence of this unsatisfactory experience, not a contradiction to it. I find your statement that my review contains "inaccurate statements" inappropriate. I described my personal experience honestly and from a customer's perspective. I hope you will take this feedback as an opportunity to improve your communication style. I wish you continued success with your company.
