Ein sehr interessanter Kurs, in dem man viel über das RSG 2000 lernt. Auch die praktischen Übungen im Anschluss an den Theorieteil sind sehr gut, da man das Gelernte anschließend direkt anwenden kann. Der Dozent gibt sein Wissen sehr kompetent und engagiert an die Kursteilnehmer weiter.

I completed the Basic Security course online. Personally, I wasn't very satisfied with the support, but I'm also quite demanding when I pay for a course. When I called to ask a question, no one seemed to know the answer. Questions submitted via email were either not answered at all or only very reluctantly. The course itself is very dry; you have to read a lot, like reading 100 magazines. For learning purposes, I find the platform okay; it's simply a matter of memorizing the questions. The course is valid for exactly one minute; after that, access to the questions is blocked, and you can only take the exam. The positive aspect is that you can do everything from home and save yourself the trip to the school. Afterwards, customer service improved somewhat. For example, I received a credit towards a different course because I wasn't entirely satisfied.
