Gestern bin ich völlig unvorbereitet zu einem Workshop zum Thema „Kunden verstehen“ gegangen, der vom Startzentrum organisiert und durchgeführt wurde. Ich hatte den Namen des Unternehmens mehrmals gesehen, habe mich jedoch (wegen des generischen Namens?) nie darum gekümmert, mich mit dem Angebot zu befassen. Die Veranstaltung war überzeugend. Nicht weil einige hochmoderne Konzepte geteilt wurden, sondern weil jeder das Profil seines eigenen potenziellen Kunden entwickeln sollte – etwas, das ich mir in den letzten Jahren mehrmals vorgenommen hatte (für andere Start-ups), aber weil andere Aufgaben damals wichtiger schienen, hatte ich mir noch nie so viel Zeit für ein einzelnes Profil genommen wie während des Workshops. Der Prozess wird mir definitiv dabei helfen, ein besseres Produkt zu entwickeln.
