1) Wir hatten vor einer Woche einen Umzug mit dieser Firma – alles verlief gut und sogar der Endpreis war niedriger als geschätzt. Ich kann diesen Service wirklich empfehlen. 2) Gestern haben sie unsere alte Wohnung aufgeräumt und heute hatten wir sie bei der Übergabe an unseren vorherigen Vermieter. Derjenige, der uns begleitet hat, hat alles schnell behoben (kleine Probleme, aber der Wohnungseigentümer ist sehr streng), er hat bei der Übergabe für eine sehr positive Atmosphäre gesorgt und uns sehr geholfen – oft hat er dem Wohnungseigentümer erklärt, dass etwas nicht unsere Schuld sei, sondern nur die normale Nutzung. Dieser Typ hat großartige Arbeit für uns geleistet. Ich kann diesen Service nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!!

Herr Göretas und sein Team geben ihr Bestes, damit Sie sich während des Umzugs gut aufgehoben fühlen. Unser Umzug war mehr als zeitgemäß – die Crew kam sogar etwas vor der Zeit. Wenn etwas nicht richtig verpackt war, boten sie Hilfe an. Bei dem Umzug ist uns kein Schaden entstanden. Herr Göretas beantwortet geduldig jede Frage und jedes Anliegen, er hat Verständnis für den ständigen Streit zwischen Vermietern und Mietern und er sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich bei der Wohnungsübergabe nicht die Haare ausreißen. Unfortunately, the initial good impression quickly deteriorated. A few weeks before the moving date, a sales consultant came by. We looked at everything so he could calculate a realistic timeframe and cost ceiling (approximately €1,800 for a 3.5-room apartment plus basement, no elevator). We planned to start at 8:00 a.m., load everything up, have lunch at the old apartment, unload the washing machine at the recycling center, and then drive to the new apartment. On moving day, it started well; everything was unpacked. Unfortunately, wall plugs were left in the wall, and there were a few dents, as other people have already mentioned in the comments. Then, around lunchtime, I was asked to get into the moving truck because we were driving to the recycling center. I assumed we were going back to the old apartment, so I didn't take my wallet and jacket with me. After the recycling center, however, they simply drove on. I said that I didn't have anything with me, but this was ignored because there wasn't time (there was also no time for lunch). My girlfriend was supposed to drive later and bring my wallet. The journey took her 1.5 hours, and she was busy cleaning the scratches on the walls left by the movers. So she dropped everything to catch up with us. I felt sorry for the movers, so I ordered pizza for everyone (I paid). At the new place, they unloaded, and there were already more scratches on the walls and furniture. Finally, completely exhausted from the whole day and the back and forth, they explained that they had needed more time than expected due to traffic, which meant they couldn't stay within the budget, and it would now cost 2,400 francs. I didn't have that much money with me. I was devastated. So I just gave them what I had (2,100 francs). In the end, everything got moved from A to B, but it wasn't handled very carefully, and it ended up costing 300 francs more (plus 100 francs for pizza) for something that the budget should have prevented.
