Zero professionalism. Customer concerns are not addressed. A concern from last summer hasn't been resolved to this day, even though they promised a call back within four weeks! Four weeks is a complete disgrace anyway. Or no response to emails, despite requests. Stay away from this administration; there are better, friendlier ones.

Personally, I can't understand the negative reviews here, as I've always had excellent experiences with this company. Compared to other property management companies (based on my experience), everything was top-notch, from the rental process to the handover of the apartment and the handling of any defects. The staff were always dedicated and easily reachable. I'm very satisfied and, based on these experiences, wish I had used a property management company like this sooner.
