I absolutely cannot recommend this company! The initial contact went very well. Someone spontaneously came by to look at our garden and give us some advice. The quote was provided quickly. We accepted it, and an appointment for the garden work was scheduled. Then the trouble started: The appointment was simply not kept without any prior notice. When we called to follow up, there was no apology. They simply said they were too busy. We were put off for another month and a half. But even then, no one showed up. When we called again, we received lame and contradictory excuses such as: they thought we were on vacation (yeah, right, with school-aged children at the end of August) or they couldn't reach us by phone (even though we had no missed calls). Simply not showing up for appointments without any notice is completely unacceptable! But apparently, the company doesn't need the business... We couldn't and didn't want to wait any longer and looked for and found another solution. Finally, it also turned out that we had received some incorrect advice!

We contacted Mr. Künzli by phone and asked him for a quote for garden maintenance. The following day, he came to assess the situation in person and provided a very fair price quote. Shortly thereafter, he completed the work professionally and to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely hire Mr. Künzli again and are happy to recommend him!
