I'm not sure why this company has so much negativity, As a purchaser from the UK , I found Fsa to be friendly with prompt attention to any details which were needed to be ironed out. Thank you FSA.
When my compressor broke down, I contacted the company. The mechanic told me they only sell complete units and that no spare parts were available for my specific compressor. They advised me to buy a new unit for 900 CHF, or even better, a whole new compressor, as it wasn't worth repairing. When I inquired about spare parts, I was told, and I quote, "It's impossible to find spare parts for this compressor, not even from the manufacturer," and that the newer models have a different internal design, and that nothing is being produced for the older ones anymore. I contacted the compressor manufacturer, who assured me they could easily send me the parts. However, after doing some research, I found countless spare parts kits for 300 CHF that were specifically for my problem. And the newer units have the same internal components as the old ones, which is complete nonsense. This is blatantly unprofessional and shows absolutely no customer service. The company could have ordered the parts but was simply too lazy because they didn't make enough profit and would have preferred to sell me a new compressor for 2500 CHF. And this despite the fact that they are a partner of Gis compressors and should have provided me with the parts. Gis themselves could hardly believe it and thankfully supported me from Italy. Thank you for nothing.
Disrespectful Treatment – No Recommendation Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. My wife politely asked for information about a machine for sale over the phone, as the ad didn't provide any details about the accessories. The manager responded in an extremely rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate manner. She was portrayed as clueless and even criticized for asking about the price – even though this is quite common in used sales. Such disrespectful treatment of prospective buyers is completely unprofessional. We therefore cannot recommend the seller. I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating, but unfortunately, that's not possible.
It's simply frustrating dealing with a company like this. At the point of sale, everything is perfect; the machines work like new, even if they're supposedly used. When the new drill press arrived, the cooling system didn't work. Despite an immediate complaint, it's still not repaired, four months later. The circular saw with the quick-release chuck was pictured in the sales ad. When it was delivered, there was no one there. I had no luck getting it fixed. The salesperson no longer answers the phone. When I call the workshop, they snap at me. They tell me why I'm calling about it, that it's not their problem. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews before buying. Simply awful! 🤮🤮🤮
WARNING! Poorly assembled new machines! Six months ago, I bought a new, pre-assembled bench drill press from FSA. It had several defects: - The belts weren't tensioned. - Almost all the screws weren't properly tightened. The same was true for other products I purchased. - The cooling system was so bad that coolant leaked from various places. I had to replace the hoses and clamps first. - The CVT transmission was assembled without grease or oil!!! So after six months, despite regular use and a heated/dry workshop, everything was rusted solid!!!! - When you call the company about a problem, they say you'll get a call back shortly. But that never happens. (This happened twice!) - The machine doesn't run smoothly (I still don't know what the problem is). - The clamping screws for the drill table don't really fit the table; they're clearly too small.
I called to inquire whether they had any used pallet trucks. I called again shortly before departure, as agreed. We arrived with a chauffeur and trailer... after a 15-minute search, I realized they didn't have any in stock. Why would anyone do that?!
