The email correspondence went very well. The sales process was also professional. However, the after-sales service was inadequate. I called two or three times with a question regarding capital gains tax. No one on the phone could help. I was told twice that the notary would contact me. To this day, I haven't received a call. This notary's office will not be considered for my upcoming apartment purchase or for any future transactions.
